I have used Jeff's several times and have been consistently impressed with their courtesy, promptness and expertise. Always an incredibly positive experience and they provide the highest level of service. I became acquainted with them several years ago after a horrible experience with another local appliance repair company (are you listening, Ted's Appliance?) who totally botched a simple washer belt replacement and then stormed out when I questioned what they were doing and left me with a mess -then refused to come back to complete the job. I contacted Jeff's and they sent Steve - truly one of the best. He had the patience to actually clean up the ocean of WD-40 that Ted's sprayed all over the belt and motor area of the washer (I will never understand how or why that was supposed to fix the problem), then complete the repair properly. Steve was definitely my hero that day! I have used Jeff's for all my repairs since and always recommend them to friends who want courteous service and repairs completed the right way!! All their service technicians are superior. Bravo!!!
