I bought this Washer a few months ago and I am very disappointed. The manufacturing date is from Nov. 2025, so the washer is less than a year old at this time, and the transmission blew already. It proceeded to spray oily water all over my walls and stained them yellow. On top of that, the price to have to transmission replaced is half the price of the unit itself!

If I could give it zero stars I would. In less than a month of unsatisfactory service it just quit working. It probably could be fixed but the local store I bought it from is worthless for service come to find out. I find it hard to believe anyone would design a washer that doesn't fill, won't rinse unless you press the 'Deep Rinse' button and spins for over 20 minutes when half of that is adequate. Have written 2 letters (real letters, not emails) to GE Customer relation and gotten no reply, a couple to the local distributor including a 'Certified' informing them of my pending legal recourse. GE apparently stepped in and told them to give my money back. I went to a big box store and bought a Maytag. Would like to support local businesses but this experience shows why they are failing.
